The AKBAY-PREDA theater group paid special tribute to Kathrin Niedermaier the owner, manager and celebrity super cook of Gasthaus Huber and conference center (Strass 13, 83404 Ainring – Tel 08654/1808) where Fair Trade and organic food is served. For the past several years, Kathrin has being inviting the theater group to visit for every meal during their stay. Despite the huge responsibility she has, Kathrin still finds time to volunteer at the Ainring Fair Trade shop.
