TESTIMONY OF DAVID TIGLAO, SR. (Sitio Quartel, Aglao, San Marcelino):

(The water system project is a big help here in our community. Before, we need to walk more or less one half kilometer to fetch water, now the water source is just on our side. At the moment, there is no longer difficult for the people in fetching water)

(Aside from fetching water, we were also able to plant vegetables in our surrounding using the water from our water system project. We planted vegetable like bitter gourd, spongy gourd, lady finger and others).

(It is not only the comfort of water fetching and planting vegetable, the children are also regularly having their bath. They can do bathing everyday as part of their hygiene. Unlike before, they just only do the bathing if somebody is with them in going to the river. They take a bath every day as long as they want.)

(The washing of clothes is not also a problem for the mothers. Before, they carry the dirty clothes from their house going to the river which is a little bit far from their house walking back and forth).
