On March 15, 2023-Preda facilitated the seminar-workshop on Bio fertilizer making. Mr. Eddie Castigan- a technician of the Department of Agriculture- ROS San Marcelino was the resource person. Twenty-four (24) members of the Quartel Aeta community, Aglao, San Marcelino actively participated and learned practical knowledge and skills in making Fermented Plant Juice, Fermented Fruit Juice and Fermented amino acids using indigenous local materials.
